When you fill out a contact form, scope-call request, or estimate form on our site, we may collect:

  • Your name and company or product name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Project description and technical requirements
  • Budget and timeline information
  • Optional file attachments such as requirement documents, wireframes, or design files
  • Any other information you choose to share in a free-text field

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain usage data through analytics tools, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or search engine
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • General geographic location (country or city level, derived from IP address)
  • Interaction events such as button clicks and form views

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. We also use Google Analytics 4 (Google, Inc.), which may set cookies on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare for your scope call
  • Schedule and confirm scope calls and follow-up meetings
  • Deliver the software services you have engaged us to provide
  • Send transactional and service communications, including email and text messages related to your inquiry or engagement
  • Improve the content and performance of our website
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

OneChair may send you transactional text messages (SMS) in connection with your inquiry or engagement. Examples include scope-call confirmations, appointment reminders, and project status notifications.

  • Consent. We send text messages only to phone numbers where you have given express written consent via our website forms. Consent is recorded at the time you submit the form.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on the stage of your inquiry or project. You will typically receive fewer than five messages per week.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
  • Help and opt-out. Reply HELP to any text message from us for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • No sharing of opt-in data. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared solely with our SMS service provider(s) to the limited extent necessary to deliver the messages you requested.
  • Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any of our services. You may engage with OneChair without opting in to SMS communications.

For questions about our SMS communications, email us at hello@onechair.dev or call +1 (609) 970-99493.

  • Analytics cookies. Used by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on or by declining cookies when presented with a consent prompt.
  • Cookieless analytics. Plausible Analytics operates without setting any cookies and does not process personal data under its standard configuration.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our site.

6. How We Share Your Information
